About Me

Embarrassing…that’s what used to come to mind when I thought about having ADHD.  I’m messy, chronically late, impossibly time blind, quickly emotional, intense as hell, and running with a million ideas at all time.  But, then I discovered that my ADHD is an asset…and I wouldn’t get rid of it for the world.  I have ADHD, am married to someone with ADHD, and have 3 children ages, all with different types of ADHD.  The techniques I developed were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help with their own challenges. This motivated me to take my neurology degree and really discover why our brains worked this way.  I turned my newfound passion into a full-time career. If you have any questions about my methods, or would like to schedule a consultation, please get in touch today.
